Appointment & Cancellation Policy At Afterglow Skincare Studio, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. As a solo esthetician, I value your time and deeply appreciate the same respect for mine. To maintain a smooth and reliable schedule for all clients, the following policies are strictly enforced: Card on File A valid credit or debit card is required to book and hold all appointments. Your card will only be charged in accordance with the policies below. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or appointment changes. • Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $25 fee • This fee will be automatically charged to the card on file No-Shows Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged a $30 no-show fee Late Policy Please arrive on time to receive your full service. • Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late will need to be rescheduled • This will be treated as a no-show and a $30 fee will apply Same-Day Appointments Same-day bookings are still subject to all cancellation policies. If canceled or rescheduled, the $25 fee will apply. Repeat Missed Appointments Clients who repeatedly cancel late, reschedule, or no-show may be required to: • Prepay in full for future appointments • Or may no longer be eligible to book future services Respect & Commitment Afterglow Skincare Studio is a one-on-one space, and missed appointments directly impact my ability to serve other clients.
